What you'll be doing

• Conduct routine monitoring visits to assigned health facilities.
• Collect, verify, and report maternal and newborn health data.
• Ensure accurate documentation and quality reporting.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and supportive supervision to healthcare workers.
• Strengthen clinical practices, referral systems, and service delivery.
• Support quality improvement initiatives in health facilities.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and programme partners.
• Identify service delivery gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor programme performance and contribute to programme evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Nursing, Midwifery, or any related health discipline.
• Experience in public health programmes, especially maternal and newborn health, is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Nigeria's healthcare system.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned state.
