PIF Africa is hiring for multiple remote positions. The Junior Consultant, Administrative Operations will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of projects and organizational activities.

About the Position
This role includes logistics coordination, procurement support, documentation and record management, travel and meeting arrangements, vendor management, and internal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and logistics activities.
- Manage office administration and facilities support.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, and events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and operational records.
- Handle internal service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of operational support services.
- Develop simple operational guides.
- Maintain trackers for requests and approvals.
- Support continuous improvement of workflows.
- Track operational tasks from start to completion.
- Monitor progress and provide updates.
- Identify delays and ensure timely follow-up.
Eligibility Requirements
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree.
- Relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 6–18 months of relevant experience in administration, operations, logistics, procurement, or project support.
- Relevant experience may include internship, NYSC, volunteer work, or student leadership/project experience.
