Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for expanding the FirstMonie customer base and promoting its financial products and services.

• Drive customer acquisition and onboard new customers onto the FirstMonie platform.
• Promote FirstMonie financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Implement effective field sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Support financial inclusion through effective customer engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND (Upper Credit) or Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower) in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deliver results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
