By using JobhardER, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company (as an Employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Use of the Site
JobhardER provides a platform for Job Seekers to find employment opportunities and for Employers to post job vacancies.
Permitted Use: You may use the site solely for lawful purposes related to seeking employment or recruiting employees.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to post incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical information, or information that is not your own. You may not use the site to transmit "spam," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailings.
3. Specific Terms for Employers (Recruiters)
When you use our Job Posting Form, you agree to the following:
Authenticity: You will only post genuine job openings for existing positions.
No Fees for Candidates: In alignment with Nigerian labor standards, you may not charge any fee to job seekers for the application or interview process through this platform.
Content Rights: By submitting a job post, you grant JobhardER a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, and promote that content across our network and podcast platforms.
4. Specific Terms for Job Seekers
Application Process: JobhardER is an intermediary. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or a job offer.
Verification: It is your responsibility to verify the identity of the employer and the details of the job before sharing sensitive personal information beyond your resume.
5. Intellectual Property
The JobhardER name, logo, website design, and all original content (including our football analysis and podcast insights) are the exclusive property of JobhardER and its owners. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
JobhardER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
The accuracy or reliability of any job post.
The site being free from viruses or technical errors.
The suitability of a candidate for a specific role.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobhardER and its affiliates (including Bissyweigh Nigeria Ltd) shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data, income, or employment opportunities—arising from your use of the site.
8. Fraud & Scam Awareness
JobhardER is committed to a safe recruitment environment. We actively monitor the site, but you agree that JobhardER is not responsible for the actions of third parties. If you encounter a suspicious post, please report it to our team immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in the law or our services. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
