Salary: ₦350,000net

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the sales team, and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

*Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

*Supervise daily store operations

* Lead and mentor sales reps

* Ensure excellent customer service

* Monitor stock, tagging & store presentation

* Handle sales reports and daily reconciliation

* Oversee staff performance, grooming & punctuality

* Communicate daily updates to management

Requirements

* OND/HND/BSc

* 2–4 years’ experience in retail or store supervision

* Confident, well-groomed, stylish and customer-focused

* Strong leadership & communication skills

* Organized, proactive and reliable
